Shopify Store Manager | URGENT

This role requires daily, hands-on work inside Shopify admin. If your Shopify experience is primarily supervisory, strategic, or developer-based, please do not apply. If you've never personally built a landing page in Shogun or GemPages without a developer's help, or never configured ReCharge subscription settings or Rebuy widgets directly inside the app — this role is not for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on Shopify Store Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our online store. This is NOT a developer role and NOT a strategy-only role — you will live inside Shopify admin every single day, keeping everything running smoothly across product listings, apps, promotions, landing pages, and store content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Upload and manage product listings — titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, and inventory
Build and update landing pages using page builder apps (Shogun, GemPages, or similar) for paid traffic, promos, and product launches
Create and manage discount codes, promotions, shipping settings, shipping zones, and payment gateway configuration
Configure and manage Shopify apps including Klaviyo, ReCharge, Okendo, Rebuy, and others
Set up and test cross-sell and upsell offers, subscription plans, and frequency options to increase AOV and LTV
Update collections, category pages, homepage content, and promotional banners
Coordinate with developers on technical projects — scope work, write clear requirements, and ensure delivery
Handle order fulfillment setup and printing configuration
Monitor store performance, flag issues proactively, and troubleshoot app/integration problems


REQUIREMENTS

3+ years as a hands-on Shopify store manager working inside Shopify admin daily — not a developer, not a strategist
Experience managing multiple Shopify stores simultaneously
Proficiency with Shogun, GemPages, or a similar page builder — you must be able to build mobile-optimized landing pages independently, without developer support
Hands-on experience configuring Klaviyo, ReCharge, Yotpo/Okendo, and Rebuy directly inside each app (not just awareness — actual configuration)
Ability to coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams; can write clear scopes and requirements
Strong attention to detail — product data accuracy, image quality, correct pricing, and consistent formatting
Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to increase productivity
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

HOW TO APPLY

3. ReCharge Configuration
Describe a specific customization you've made in ReCharge — subscription plans, frequency options, discount logic, or the customer portal. Name the exact section or tab in ReCharge where you made the change and what the outcome was.
4. Landing Page Build
Walk us through a landing page you've built — page builder used, sections included, and how you ensured mobile performance. Include any layout or load behavior issues you ran into and how you resolved them.
