We are looking for a full-time Shopify Store Manager to fully own and continuously improve our Shopify store. This is a long-term, full-time role where you will be the go-to person for everything related to our website.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run ongoing A/B tests to improve conversion rates, user experience, and overall store performance
- Continuously analyze where customers drop off, where they experience friction, and implement solutions to reduce it
- Monitor store clarity and logic — making sure the customer journey makes sense from landing to checkout
- Serve as the main point of contact for all website-related changes, updates, and improvements
- Manage and implement changes to the store layout, product pages, collections, and checkout flow
- Ensure all store logic is correct (pricing rules, discount codes, shipping settings, automations, etc.)
- Work with apps and integrations to optimize the store's functionality
- Track key metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value, etc.) and report on performance
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements without needing to be asked
- Coordinate with our team when changes need to be made and execute them efficiently
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing a Shopify store (please share examples or results)
- Strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing
- Familiar with Shopify apps, themes, and Liquid (basic edits)
- Analytical mindset — you look at data before making decisions
- Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for UX and store logic
- Good English communication skills
- Available full-time (40 hours/week) during overlapping hours with our team
