Shopify Sheet Music Store Build

I'm looking for someone to help me build a new Sheet Music store from scratch on Shopify. This sheet music store will sell downloadable PDF copies of sheet music for use in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I'm especially looking for a Shopify builder who is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This sheet music store is for my business called Latter-Day Musiversity. It's a business that teaches members of the LDS church how to write Church music. This is a one-time build-out project with possible ongoing maintenance. I really don't know how much time this will take to build. So, I'm not sure how to charge by the hour. My guess is about $1,000 for the complete build. But I'm really not sure. I'm happy to negotiate.
