**Shopify Manager & Digital Content Designer VA (Part-Time, Remote)**

I am looking for a Shopify Manager & Digital Content Designer VA in the home decor, DIY, and online business niche who is Smart, Fast, and Works Hard!

I need someone who is technologically savvy, highly organized, and experienced with Shopify store management, website design, troubleshooting, app integrations, and digital content creation. This is not just an administrative role. I am looking for someone who understands e-commerce, user experience, visual design, and can contribute creatively to help grow my online brands.

As part of this role, my VA should be able to execute a variety of Shopify management and digital design tasks, such as, but not limited to:

* Publish and manage products on Shopify, including descriptions, collections, pricing, variants, tags, and images
* Build and update Shopify pages, landing pages, and website sections
* Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate solutions when needed
* Manage Shopify apps, integrations, settings, and store functionality
* Improve user experience and website performance through thoughtful design and organization
* Assist with product launches, promotions, seasonal updates, and website maintenance
* Create graphics and digital assets for the website and social media
* Support content creation and marketing efforts across multiple brands
* Help maintain an organized backend structure for products, collections, files, and digital assets

### What You'll Be Doing

* Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations
* Publish new products and update existing listings
* Build and maintain Shopify pages using Shopify's website builder and themes
* Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps and integrations
* Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions proactively
* Design simple graphics, banners, promotional images, and website assets using Canva or similar tools
* Create social media graphics and content that align with our brand aesthetic
* Assist with content planning and publishing across social media platforms
* Monitor website functionality and ensure a smooth customer experience
* Organize product information, images, files, and workflows
* Communicate regularly regarding project updates, deadlines, and ongoing improvements

### Skills I'm Looking For

**1. Shopify Expertise**
Strong experience with Shopify store management, product publishing, collections, navigation, themes, apps, and store settings.

**2. Website Building & Maintenance**
Comfortable building pages, updating website content, improving layouts, and maintaining a professional user experience.

**3. Troubleshooting & Technical Knowledge**
Able to diagnose and solve common Shopify issues, app conflicts, formatting problems, and backend challenges.

**4. Digital Design Skills**
Experience creating graphics, website banners, promotional materials, and social media assets using Canva or similar design tools.

**5. Content Creation Understanding**
Knowledge of social media content, branding, and visual storytelling to support marketing initiatives across platforms.

**6. Creative Thinking**
Able to suggest ideas for website improvements, product presentation, promotions, and content opportunities that enhance engagement and conversions.

**7. Great Communication Skills**
Must communicate clearly, provide regular updates, and be responsive to feedback and changing priorities.

**8. Organization & Project Management**
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and workflows efficiently using Notion or similar project management tools.
