Shopify Inventory & Product Management Opportunity

About Us

We are a U.S.-based furniture retailer looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help manage and maintain our Shopify product catalog. We work with multiple furniture vendors and are looking for someone who can ensure our website is always accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities
- Upload new products to our Shopify store.
- Update product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and variants.
- Review supplier catalogs to keep product pricing and inventory availability up to date.
- Identify discontinued products and remove or update them as needed.
- Update product pricing during promotions and sales.
- Maintain an organized and accurate product catalog.
- Report any pricing discrepancies or product issues.

Requirements
- Experience working with Shopify.
- Experience with product listing and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large product catalogs.
- Experience using Shopify CSV imports and exports.
- Previous experience with e-commerce or furniture products is a plus.
