Shopify & GoHighLevel E-Commerce Systems Specialist

we are hiring a Shopify & GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to build, optimize, and scale our e-commerce and CRM systems. This role combines Shopify website management with GoHighLevel CRM automation to support sales, marketing, customer experience, and internal operations.

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and highly reliable who can improve conversions, streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues quickly, and help create a seamless customer journey from lead capture to purchase and onboarding.

Responsibilities

* Manage, optimize, and maintain the Shopify storefront and GoHighLevel CRM
* Improve website performance, user experience, site speed, and conversion rates
* Build and update landing pages, funnels, forms, surveys, and product pages
* Create and manage workflows, automations, triggers, and lead routing systems
* Implement and maintain Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools
* Integrate Shopify with GoHighLevel using native integrations, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
* Automate follow-ups, appointment reminders, onboarding, abandoned cart recovery, and re-engagement campaigns
* Maintain clean CRM data, tagging systems, pipelines, and customer records
* Troubleshoot technical issues, broken workflows, and integration errors
* Support marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and sales initiatives
* Ensure mobile responsiveness, SEO best practices, and smooth checkout experiences
* Analyze website and CRM performance metrics and recommend improvements
* Document workflows and create SOPs for internal team usage
* Coordinate with leadership, marketing, designers, and developers as needed

Qualifications

* Proven experience with Shopify and GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Strong understanding of Shopify themes, apps, backend functionality, and e-commerce workflows
* Experience building pipelines, automations, funnels, forms, and CRM systems in GoHighLevel
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Liquid, and basic JavaScript preferred
* Experience with integrations and automation tools such as Zapier or Make
* Experience with Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce tools is a plus
* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Understanding of conversion optimization, customer experience, and sales psychology
* Ability to work independently, execute quickly, and take ownership
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
