Shopify Front-End Manager Experienced

We are an established, fast-growing international e-commerce company looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Front-End Manager to oversee our store launches, product listings, and front-end team.

In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our storefronts. You will lead and review the work of our product listers, ensure every collection and landing page is flawless, and manage the end-to-end launch process for new products and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Team Oversight: Monitor, manage, and audit the daily output of our front-end product listers to ensure accuracy in descriptions, pricing, tags, variants, and media.

Launch Management: Seamlessly coordinate and execute product launches, ensuring all front-end elements are fully functional, optimized, and visually aligned before going live.

Quality Assurance (QA): Perform rigorous mobile and desktop testing on all new landing pages, theme updates, and navigation menus.

Workflow Optimization: Build and maintain clear front-end SOPs to streamline the listing and launching process as we scale.

Required Qualifications
E-Commerce Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience working heavily within the Shopify ecosystem (experience with high-volume stores is a major plus).

Niche Expertise: Proven track record working with Fashion, Apparel, or Jewelry brands. You understand the visual standards, sizing setups, and layout expectations of fashion consumers.

Leadership & Management: Experience managing or auditing a small team of listers/virtual assistants.

Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with Shopify themes, page builders (PageFly, Gempages, Replo, etc.), and standard e-commerce apps.

Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail. You don't launch anything without testing it twice.
