JOB OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW
We are building a high-performance U.S. general fashion dropshipping brand under a structured e-commerce school program. The store is already 80% complete, your mission is to finalize every detail, optimize it for conversions, and prepare it for launch.

This is not a short-term project.
We are forming a long-term, structured team where precision, communication, and consistency are key. You’ll work directly with the store manager, handling competitor replication, product importing, store polishing, and creative preparation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SHOPIFY OPTIMIZATION & FINALIZATION

* Audit the entire store and ensure it looks clean, professional, and ready to advertise.
* Match fonts, colors, spacing, and theme structure exactly to competitor references.
Example of a strong reference: [ ---------- ]
* Verify mobile and desktop responsiveness (no spacing or alignment issues).
* Fix layout, SEO, or performance issues (URLs, image compression, meta titles, etc.).

2. COMPETITOR REPLICATION

* Receive competitor links (via Web Archive or live sites) and replicate them one-to-one (1:1) inside Shopify.
* Match homepage, product pages, collections, trust blocks, banners, icons, and footers.
* Use custom coding (HTML, CSS, Liquid) or AI assistance if the theme is limited.
* Adapt visuals to match our brand identity using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools.
* Maintain a Change Log and Mismatch List (with URLs and screenshots) for any inconsistencies.

3. PRODUCT RESEARCH & IMPORTING

* Use Meta Ads Library and competitor stores to identify winning products in the U.S. fashion niche.
* Import products using the Kopy App (paid plan included).
* Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, and structure variants, tags, and collections cleanly.
* Keep products organized and conversion-ready across the store.

4. CREATIVE PREPARATION

* Recreate competitor ad creatives in Canva (image, carousel, or short video).
* Adapt visuals to match our brand tone and structure.
* Prepare ad-ready creatives for the Meta Ads Specialist to test and scale.

5. REPORTING & COMMUNICATION

* Maintain a daily log in Google Sheets (tasks and hours worked).
* Send a short end-of-day summary via WhatsApp with updates, progress, and issues.
* Communication is written-only, no video calls.
This ensures everything stays documented and structured under our school system.

TOOLS & PLATFORMS

* Shopify Admin (theme customization, product setup)
* Meta Ads Library (product and competitor research)
* Kopy App (product importing)
* Canva / Photoshop / AI tools (visuals and creatives)
* Google Sheets (logs and reporting)
* ChatGPT / automation tools (for reference and productivity)

WORKFLOW & PAYMENT STRUCTURE
This project operates under a school-supervised e-commerce program.
You will not use hourly trackers or milestone contracts. Instead:

1. Log your work daily in a shared Google Sheet (hours and completed tasks).
2. The school team reviews your log.
3. Payments are released monthly, secure, verified, and transparent.
4. All communication stays inside WhatsApp chat for documentation and clarity.

We do not use Zoom or calls, everything stays in writing for transparency and structure.

EXPECTATIONS

* Work independently and precisely, asking clear questions when needed.
* Every section of the store must be error-free, clean, and advertising-ready.
* Follow all instructions step-by-step and deliver fast but accurate work.
* Treat this project as your own — this is a 6–12+ month collaboration with growth potential.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

* Minimum 2 years of Shopify experience (dropshipping, store setup, optimization).
* Fluent written English and availability of at least 6 hours per day.
* Experience replicating or rebuilding competitor stores on Shopify.
* Proficiency with Meta Ads Library, AliExpress, or similar research tools.
* Ability to use Canva or AI tools for visuals.

Preferred:

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Liquid for theme customization (or via AI coding tools).
* Understanding of conversion optimization and UX/UI best practices.

WORKING HOURS

* Minimum 6 hours per day, Monday to Sunday.
* All hours must be logged daily in the shared Google Sheet.

COMPENSATION

* USD 350 to 1000 per month depending on performance and consistency.
* Bonus opportunities for strong execution, early completion, or outstanding results.
