Shopify Expert – Theme Customization & Shop Migration

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Expert / Store Manager to support us with theme customization and a full shop migration project. You will be responsible for ensuring that all content is transferred logically, cleanly, and correctly to our new Shopify store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customize and edit Shopify themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Set up and structure the new Shopify store in a clear and logical way
- Migrate all content from the existing store (products, collections, pages, blogs, metadata) to the new store
- Ensure proper mapping of navigation, categories, and product structure
- Configure apps, integrations, and store settings
- Optimize the store layout and UX for a professional look and feel
- Identify and fix any issues during or after migration
- Communicate progress clearly and flag any problems early

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience with Shopify (please share examples or portfolio)
- Strong knowledge of Shopify theme development (Liquid templating, Dawn or other modern themes)
- Experience with shop migrations and content transfers
- Attention to detail - content must be logically structured, not just copied
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with Shopify apps (e.g. SEO, reviews, page builders) is a plus

This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing work. We want someone reliable who thinks along with us and helps us build a solid, well-structured Shopify store from the ground up.
