Shopify Ecommerce Assistant

Ecommerce Virtual Assistant – Part-Time (20h/week to start)
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Ecommerce VA to support our growing online store. This is a part-time role starting at 20 hours/week (2 full days + 1 half day), with the opportunity to grow into more hours as we scale.
What you'll be doing:

Uploading products to our s2tore following provided SOPs ( you will be paid $0.10 per product upload) - example SOP: Loom : ----------
Updating files and syncing data across platforms accurately
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
Responding to customer emails as needed
Copy-pasting and updating text on landing pages per SOPs
Cleaning up and updating creative assets based on provided examples

What we're looking for:

Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
Strong attention to detail — accuracy is essential
Comfortable following SOPs and working independently
Good written English for customer communication
Organized, reliable, and responsive

Details:

20h/week to start, with room to grow
Pay is bi-weekly
Must be available for set schedule (2 full days + 1 half day)
