Location: Work from home (Philippines)
Hours: Starting at 20 hours/week (with opportunity to move to full-time)
Rate: Negotiable based on experience (starting around $5–$8 AUD/hour)

About Us:

Tuck’s Performance is a growing Australian e-commerce store specializing in high-quality aftermarket automotive parts and accessories—especially for Toyota Pickup Trucks and Suv models and other 4x4s. We’re building a brand known for quality, service, and gear that stands out from the crowd.

We’re now looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our journey. This is not a short-term gig—we’re offering a stable, long-term role where you can grow with us and eventually take ownership of the backend of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing the Shopify store: product uploads, descriptions, tags, and SEO
• Organizing collections and keeping the site layout clean and structured
• Tracking orders from multiple suppliers (mainly from China)
• Updating inventory and helping streamline order processes
• Communicating with freight forwarders and suppliers
• Helping set up backend systems, SOPs, and automations
• Assisting with shipping integrations (e.g. Australia Post)
• Light photo editing or Canva work if you’re comfortable
• Eventually assisting with customer support and admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with Shopify (show examples if possible)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented and organised—someone who sees what needs doing and does it
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
• Willing to learn and grow as the business evolves
• Bonus: If you’re into cars, 4x4s, or automotive mods, even better! Our whole brand revolves around vehicles, and we’d love someone who actually enjoys the industry
