About Us:
We are a fast-growing multi-brand e-commerce group running several Shopify stores and selling across Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces. Our brands cover home & lifestyle, bathroom products, aquarium & aquaculture tanks, and more.

We have an established remote team, clear systems, and a steady flow of customers every day. We are now looking for a Shopify E-commerce Assistant who is experienced, reliable, and ready to start contributing from day one.

This is not an entry-level or training role. We need someone who already understands Shopify, customer communication, and basic e-commerce operations.

Role Overview
This is a full-time position focused on Shopify store operations and customer communication.
You will be handling:
Emails & forms
• Customer chats & follow-ups
• Quote preparation
Email campaigns
• Social media posts
• Blog posts
• Product page creation & editing

You will be working closely with management and other tea ---------- mbers to make sure customers are happy, informed, and getting fast, professional responses.

Key Responsibilities
You must already know how to do most or all of the following:

Customer Communication & Support
• Reply to customer emails and contact forms in a friendly, clear, and professional way
• Follow up with customers about orders, questions, issues, and quotes
• Handle live chat or helpdesk messages (depending on tools we use)
• Prepare and send quotes to customers, and follow up where needed


Email
Marketing & Campaigns
• Create simple email campaigns for promotions, product updates, and newsletters (Klaviyo / Mailchimp or similar platforms)
• Use existing templates and brand guidelines to set up and send campaigns
• Coordinate with the team on schedules and content ideas

Shopify Store Management
• Create new product pages in Shopify with correct titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, and basic SEO fields
• Edit and update existing product pages (copy, images, layout sections, FAQs, etc.)
• Check for obvious page issues (typos, broken images, missing info) and fix them

Content & Social Media
• Prepare and schedule social media posts (captions + images/videos provided or created with simple tools like Canva)
• Draft blog posts around our products, use cases, and customer education (using AI tools to speed up, then polishing and formatting)
• Make sure content is aligned with brand voice and is easy for customers to understand

General Admin & Coordination
• Keep communication organized (Gmail, helpdesk, comments, internal notes)
• Coordinate with other tea ---------- mbers (design, marketplace, purchasing) when tasks overlap
• Use ChatGPT / AI tools to speed up writing, drafts, and basic research – but always review and edit before sending or publishing

Skills & Tools You Should Already Be Comfortable With.

• Shopify Admin:
o Creating and editing products
o Basic page editing (sections, text blocks, images)
o Managing customer orders (viewing status, notes, refunds support, etc.)

Email & Communication:
o Gmail or similar
o Helpdesk / chat tools (e.g. Zendesk, Gorgias, Tidio, or similar platforms is a plus)
Email Marketing Platforms (any of these or similar):
o Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, etc.
• Content & Design Basics:
o Canva (or similar) for basic graphics and social posts
o Comfortable writing clean, simple English for customers

• AI Tools:
o ChatGPT and other AI tools for drafting emails, product descriptions, blog outlines, and social captions (and then refining them yourself)

Requirements
• Proven experience working with Shopify for at least 1–2 years
• Experience in e-commerce customer service (email + chat)
• Experience creating and editing product pages in Shopify
• Experience setting up email campaigns (even basic level)
• Strong written English – clear, polite, and easy to understand
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, follow SOPs, and also take initiative
• No hand-holding – you should be able to start working and delivering results from the first week
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection
• Available for full-time (40 hours/week), ideally overlapping with UAE / Dubai time zone
