Shopify E-Commerce Virtual Assistant

We're a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a full-time Shopify Virtual Assistant to become an important member of our team.

This is not a simple data entry position. You'll work directly with experienced e-commerce operators and help build, launch, and optimize Shopify stores and landing pages using modern AI tools.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, speaks excellent English, and wants to grow with a long-term company.

Responsibilities

As our Shopify VA, you'll assist with nearly every aspect of running an e-commerce brand, including:

Build Shopify stores and high-converting landing pages
Create and update product pages
Upload products, images, and collections
Generate product images and marketing assets using AI
Write product descriptions and marketing copy using ChatGPT and Claude
Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps
Perform website updates and quality assurance
Follow SOPs while also solving problems independently
Work closely with our team through ---------- and daily meetings
Assist wherever needed to help grow the business
Required Qualifications
Previous Shopify experience (Required)
Fluent spoken and written English
