Graffeo Coffee is one of the oldest artisanal roasters in America—family-owned since 1935, with a legacy of doing a few things exceptionally well. We’re hiring a part-time Shopify & E-Commerce Operations Lead to fully own and optimize our Shopify backend as we scale.

This is not agency work. We’re looking for an individual operator—not a team—who can dive in, solve problems, and run with projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

* Manage day-to-day operations in Shopify: product setup, navigation, site structure, and backend settings
* Set up and manage integrations with key tools in our stack, including HubSpot, ShipStation, and Recharge
* Troubleshoot issues and keep systems clean, connected, and scalable
* Own product drops, bundles, and gift boxes from backend setup through launch
* Track performance and continuously improve conversion and AOV

What You Bring:

* Deep Shopify experience, including apps and backend configuration
* Familiarity with tools in our ecosystem: HubSpot, ShipStation, Recharge
* Operational mindset with the ability to streamline workflows
* Strong follow-through—you can take a project from idea to execution
* Experience with landing page builders like PageFly or Replo
* Light design skills—enough to handle clean, simple layouts and visual updates
* Clear communicator, comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment
* Bonus: Experience with premium CPG, food, or lifestyle brands

Hours & Compensation:

10–15 hours/week
25–40/hour depending on experience and location

Timezone & Location:
We’re based in San Francisco
