Shopify E-Commerce Manager - Operations, Meta Ads & Customer Journey

Job Overview-

I'm looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of my Shopify store from the back end up. The store has grown faster than the systems behind it, so the first job is to clean up the mess: inventory, product data, app stack, and workflows. From there, you'll help me put real structure around product management, the customer journey, and Meta ads so the business can scale without breaking.

This is not a "do small tasks" role. I need someone who can see the whole picture, propose a plan, and execute it, then keep things running smoothly week to week.

What You'll Do
Back-End Cleanup & Structure

-Audit my current Shopify setup (products, collections, variants, tags, metafields, apps, themes) and propose a cleanup plan
-Standardize product data, naming conventions, and inventory records
-Remove unused apps, fix broken integrations, document what's left
-Build SOPs so the store doesn't drift back into chaos

Product & Inventory Management

-Maintain accurate inventory across all SKUs and sales channels
-Manage product launches end-to-end: listing creation, pricing, images, SEO copy, variants, inventory setup
-Track stock levels, flag reorder points, coordinate with suppliers/fulfillment
-Optimize existing listings for conversion and search

Shopify Store Management

-Day-to-day store operations and order processing
-Theme edits, page updates, app configuration
-Discount codes, campaigns, seasonal updates
-Basic CRO improvements (PDP layout, checkout flow, trust signals)

Meta Ads

-Plan, launch, and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
-Build and test creatives, audiences, and offers
-Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR), kill underperformers, scale winners
-Report weekly with clear takeaways and next steps

Customer Journey

-Map the current customer journey from first ad click ? post-purchase
-Identify drop-off points and propose fixes
-Set up or improve email/SMS flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
-Build a repeat-purchase strategy

Requirements (Must-Have)

3+ years managing Shopify stores end-to-end (not just listing edits)
Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience with proof of results
Strong inventory and product data management background
Experience cleaning up disorganized stores and building systems from scratch
Excellent written English and proactive communication
Reliable internet, full-time availability, and comfortable working independently
Familiar with: Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo or Mailchimp/Omnisend, Google Analytics 4, Canva, project management tools (Monday/Asana/ClickUp/Notion)

Nice-to-Have

Experience with print-on-demand (Printful, Printify) or third-party fulfillment
Basic Liquid / theme editing
Klaviyo flow building
Conversion rate optimization experience
SEO for product pages

Hours & Pay

Full-time, 40 hours/week
$7+ depending on experience, + commission once fully set up and hitting sales goals
Performance reviews at 90 days with room for raises as the business grows
Paid Philippine holidays after 90 days
