Shopify Developer: Bespoke Jewelry Store Build (Part-Time)

Job Description
Victoria Diamonds, a new luxury jewelry brand based in London, is looking for a skilled, hands-on Shopify Developer to build our e-commerce store from the ground up. We are looking for someone with high technical proficiency who can handle both the aesthetic design and the complex backend configuration of our site.
This is a part-time, long-term role with significant opportunity for growth as our brand scales.
Schedule & Compensation
Hourly Rate: $3.00 – $7.00 USD per hour (depending on experience).
Work Days: Mondays and Fridays.
Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Manila Time).
Requirement: You must be able to work these specific evening hours to align with London business time.

Key Responsibilities
Full Shopify Build: Design and develop a custom, professional Shopify website from scratch that reflects our luxury brand identity.
Payment Gateway Integration: Expertly configure Shopify’s payment settings, specifically integrating finance/buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna.
Responsive Design: Ensure the store is fully optimized for a high-end experience across both desktop and mobile.

Requirements
Hands-on Experience: You must have proven, demonstrable experience building Shopify stores from scratch.
Portfolio (Mandatory): You must provide links to actual Shopify websites you have built. Applications without live examples will not be considered.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Shopify (Liquid, theme customization, and app integrations).
Reliability: Ability to strictly adhere to the Monday/Friday 6 PM–12 AM Manila time schedule.
