JOB OVERVIEW

Job Opening: Customer Service Agent (Freelance/Remote)

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and handling order-related tasks with speed and accuracy. Our main market is France, so being comfortable using translation tools like ChatGPT or translation apps is important.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer emails within 1 hour during working hours

Editing and updating orders

Processing returns

Disputing chargebacks professionally

Making changes to existing orders upon request

Managing customer communication with care and consistency

Handling customer interactions for the French market, using tools like ChatGPT or translation apps to ensure smooth and clear communication

What We’re Looking For
Experience with Shopify is a must — you know your way around the platform

You’ve previously worked with return processes and templates

You’re able to use your own return templates or work with ours

You work independently, quickly, and with attention to detail

Strong written communication skills in English

Comfortable communicating in French using translation tools when needed

Nice to Have
Experience handling chargebacks

Background in e-commerce or dropshipping

Basic knowledge of French is a plus
