Shopify Chargeback Manager

We are looking for a Chargeback Manager with proven expertise in handling and winning chargebacks on Shopify.

This is a freelance/per-case role — you will be paid per chargeback handled, with performance-based bonuses for a winning chargeback. You must be highly experienced and confident in defending chargebacks and compiling evidence. This only counts for chargebacks in shopify.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing chargebacks in Shopify - for a FASHION DROPSHIPPING BUSINESS
-Demonstrated ability to win the majority of cases (proof of past performance preferred)
-Deep understanding of evidence strategies, product fulfilment documentation, and dispute timeframes
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally when preparing chargeback responses
-Comfortable working independently and managing multiple open cases at once
-Have experience in the fashion dropshipping niche
