for our "Shopify automation specialist, you need to understand how to fully customize our online store and set it up for data collection from our customers/suppliers/affiliates, and to back it up in our Excel files for offline inventory management backups.

The Following Combination of Skills is not immediately required, but we would prefer that they are also a part of your skillset:

-Programming Languages:
For app development: Knowledge of languages such as Java (for Android), Swift (for iOS), or cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
For website design: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) would also be beneficial.
For game network development: Understanding of languages like C++ or C# for game development using engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
For automated systems: Scripting languages such as Python or automation tools like Ansible.

-Web Security:
Understanding of web security principles, including secure coding practices, encryption, and protection against common web vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS).

-Database Management:
Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB for storing and retrieving data.

-Networking:
For game network development and general system architecture, a good understanding of networking concepts and protocols would be essential.

-Cybersecurity:
Skills in securing web applications, databases, and network infrastructure. Familiarity with security tools and practices to protect against cyber threats.

-Automation and Scripting:
Ability to create automated systems for the CNC-crafts retail business using scripting languages like Python or automation tools.

-System Architecture:
Understanding of how to design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems to support the various components of the business.

-Version Control:
Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development and tracking changes.
Problem-Solving and Algorithmic Thinking:

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design efficient algorithms for various tasks.
Project Management:
Skills in project management to ensure timely delivery of projects and effective collaboration with different teams.


We are hiring someone familiar with programming/coding/creating automation systems for affiliate programs, inventory management between all of our suppliers, order fulfillment systems, auto-data-collection systems for creating supplier accounts and pasting their survey data onto our Google spreadsheets, and setting up filters and groups in excel and on the store for onboarding countless suppliers/customers /affiliate personnel/etc, Bonus brownie points if you are skilled at supplier lead generation.

This Job will pay approximately $3usd/hr during the trial hiring period, and then move to $5usd/hr after we launch the store and reach a profit level that sustains the hiring $5-10usd/hr budget for everyone, raises are given to our whole team for each collectively-accomplished milestone, including a future commission structure. We put a lot into teaching new hires so want all new hires to stay with us for decades, but we also win and fail together, meaning if we don't reach approximately $4-5kUSD in monthly revenue, then we can't get to $5/hr or full time. right now we are down to $3-$4/hr and only 20 hours per week because the hiring budget is my own personal savings, which is dwindling at the Upgrade to see actual infont, help us grow our system and network to offer consumers a competitive advantage with sustainable products to tackle the global plastic pollution issues!
