Brand: Rehues (Singapore)

Rehues is a fast-growing Singapore-based haircare brand known for our Colour Lock™ pigment-depositing shampoos and treatment range — created to help customers maintain bold, salon-quality hair colour from home. As we continue expanding across Southeast Asia, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive tea ---------- mber to help manage and grow our Shopee presence.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who is experienced in Shopee operations and ideally familiar with TikTok Shop as well. This role will focus mainly on managing our Shopee store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong platform performance, and a great customer experience.

You should be someone who is organized, responsive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-moving eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shopee Account Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rehues Shopee store
Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, bundles, and visuals
Monitor store performance, traffic, conversion, and platform health
Plan and execute Shopee campaigns, vouchers, flash deals, and promotional activities
Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory are updated accurately
Track competitor activity and suggest ideas to improve store performance

Customer Service

Respond promptly to customer inquiries on Shopee and other channels when needed
Assist customers with product recommendations, shade selection, bundles, and order-related questions
Handle returns, refunds, order tracking, and post-purchase support professionally
Maintain a warm, helpful, and brand-aligned tone in all customer communication
Record customer feedback and flag recurring issues or opportunities for improvement

Marketing & Campaign Support

Support campaign launches and promotional calendars across Shopee and TikTok Shop
Assist with simple content updates, campaign banners, and listing visuals
Track weekly campaign results and prepare basic performance reports
Support coordination for product launches, bundles, and special platform activations

Requirements
Based in the Philippines with a stable internet connection
Prior experience managing a Shopee store is required
Experience with TikTok Shop is a strong advantage
Strong command of English and Chinese (written and conversational)
Experience in eCommerce, beauty, or haircare is a plus
Familiar with tools such as Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Centre, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask well
Proactive, fast learner, and able to solve problems independently
Able to work in Singapore timezone (GMT+8)

Comfortable working in a growing brand where speed and execution matter
