SharePoint Product Developer (Part-Time) — Analog 365 LLC

Analog 365 is building a catalog of reusable SharePoint-based products — QMS, IMS, HRMS, and related business process solutions — that we deploy across customer tenants. We're looking for a part-time internal resource dedicated to helping us build out this product catalog.
What you'll do:

Build reusable SharePoint site templates, lists, libraries, and views that become part of our product catalog
Develop and document JSON column and view formatting components we can reuse across deployments
Create Power Automate flow templates and Power Apps for standard business processes
Write PnP PowerShell provisioning scripts so products can be deployed repeatably to new tenants
Help document each product (setup guides, admin guides, configuration notes)
Work alongside our Site Builder/SPM tooling to package products for one-click deployment

What we're looking for:

Solid SharePoint Online experience (lists, libraries, site design, permissions)
Comfortable with PnP PowerShell or willing to learn quickly
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
Bonus: JSON formatting, site scripts/templates, Graph API, or QMS/ISO familiarity
Organized, documentation-minded, and able to work independently on assigned product builds
