SharePoint Engineer — Analog 365 LLC

Analog 365 is a Microsoft 365 solutions company building QMS, IMS, HRMS, and AI-powered business process products on SharePoint and the broader M365 stack. We're hiring a SharePoint Engineer to help design, build, and deploy customer environments and our own product IP.
What you'll do:

Build and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and views for customer deployments
Write JSON column and view formatting, and configure modern SharePoint pages
Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps for business process automation
Use PnP PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API to provision, migrate, and manage tenants
Configure Copilot Studio agents and integrate AI into SharePoint workflows
Support our QMS/IMS product line across multiple customer tenants

What we're looking for:

2+ years hands-on with SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
Strong PowerShell skills, ideally including PnP PowerShell
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and the Power Platform
Familiarity with Entra ID, app registrations, and certificate-based auth
Bonus: Azure (Web Apps, SQL), Power BI, Copilot Studio, or ISO 9001/QMS experience
Self-directed, good written communication, comfortable working directly with customers
