ServiceChannel / Platform Specialist (Client Acquisition)

Barrett Maintenance Solutions LLC is a plumbing company and we are looking for someone with proven experience using ServiceChannel or other facility management platforms that dispatch work orders.

The primary responsibility of this role is to help us acquire new clients by leveraging your knowledge and experience with these platforms. If you know how to navigate ServiceChannel, FacilitySource, Corrigo, FMX, Verisae, or similar work order systems and have experience connecting vendors with facility management companies, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and help secure new clients through ServiceChannel or similar work order platforms.
- Assist with vendor registration and onboarding on facility management platforms.
- Recommend work order platforms and facility management companies that fit our services.
- Help expand our network of commercial clients throughout New York.
- Coordinate with our team regarding potential client opportunities.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippines Time)
- 8 hours per day

Compensation:
- $200 USD per week
- Paid weekly via Western Union

Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience using ServiceChannel or similar work order platforms.
- Must understand how facility management companies assign work orders to vendors.
- Experience helping contractors or service providers obtain commercial clients is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be available full-time.

Preferred (Not Required)
- Knowledge or experience in the plumbing industry is an advantage.
