**Job Title: Service Manager**

**Location:** Remote

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Time Zone:** PST

**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Manager to join our Managed Services Provider (MSP) team. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and utilization targets are met.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and ensure the quality of service delivery, meeting or exceeding established SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage the scheduling and deployment of technical staff to ensure efficient utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor ticketing system for completeness and accuracy in issue resolution.
- Develop strategies to enhance overall service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients to gather feedback and implement service improvement measures.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a service management or similar role within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.

**Salary**
- Starting Salary is $1800 per month + Bonuses
