We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a degree in accounting or finance and experience handling financial transactions with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal & Business Expense Reports – Provide a monthly overview of personal and company expenses. 
Company Income & Loss Analysis – 
* Track monthly company income. 
* Analyze monthly loss per entity. 
Net Worth Calculation – Summarize total cash balance across personal and business bank accounts. 
Budget vs. Actual Reports (Project-Based) – Compare budgeted vs. actual financial performance.
Payroll Processing – 
* Calculate total payments per employee based on hours, bonuses, and deductions. 
* Ensure timely payroll distribution. 
Create & Update SOPs – Document and refine Standard Operating Procedures for financial processes.
Verify final accountant statements & compliance checks.

Qualifications:

- Accounting/Finance Degree (Required)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting software
- Experience with payroll processing and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
