Senior Web Developer (Paid Trial to Long-Term)

Job Title: Senior WordPress Developer (Divi + Custom Development) – Project-Based ? Full-Time Potential

Overview:
We are a US-based digital marketing agency building high-end, custom-designed WordPress websites for service businesses.
We are looking for a senior-level WordPress developer to join us on a project basis, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term/full-time role.
This is NOT a beginner or mid-level role. We are looking for someone in the top 1% of developers who can handle complex builds, write clean code, and work alongside our team to deliver pixel-perfect websites.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Converting Figma/design files into pixel-perfect WordPress builds
• Working within and extending the Divi framework
• Writing custom PHP code and WordPress plugins
• Solving complex front-end issues (menus, responsiveness, breakpoints)
• Collaborating with our junior developer (Shai) and guiding implementation

• Building advanced features such as:
•Custom post types (ACF)
•Interactive maps (Google Maps API with custom pins)
•Before/after image sliders
•Dynamic content systems
• Ensuring performance, responsiveness, and clean structure

Required Skills (Must Have):
•Expert-level PHP + WordPress development
•Strong experience with WP Engine / hosting environments
•Advanced JavaScript, CSS, and SCSS/SASS
•Deep experience with Divi (customizing beyond default builder)
•Experience building custom plugins and features
•Strong understanding of ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
•Ability to build pixel-perfect, responsive layouts

•Experience with API integrations (Google Maps preferred)
