MimiBelt is looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our team and take our video content to the next level. If you have a strong portfolio of high-performing eCommerce ads, an eye for engaging storytelling, and the ability to turn raw footage into high-converting social media ads, we want to hear from you!

About the Role
As our Senior Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling Facebook and Instagram ads that drive conversions. You’ll work with our marketing team to bring creative concepts to life, optimize videos for performance, and continuously test new formats.

What You’ll Do
? Edit high-quality, engaging video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
? Work with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators and transform raw footage into high-converting ad creatives
? Add text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance video impact
? Keep up with the latest social media trends and eCommerce ad styles
? Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze ad performance and improve future creatives
? Ensure videos are optimized for different social media formats

MUST HAVE:
?? 5+ years of experience in video editing, with a focus on eCommerce ads
?? Proven experience working with eCommerce brands (DTC experience preferred)
?? Strong portfolio of high-performing ad creatives – MUST submit 3 of your best eCommerce ads
?? Deep understanding of performance-driven ad editing – you know how to hook an audience in 3 seconds
?? Experience working with UGC creators and influencer content
