Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts that resonate with end-customers and drive high conversion rates on Amazon.
- Conduct in-depth product and competitive research to gather insights that inform design decisions and strategic approaches.
- Use data and market insights to refine design strategies.
- Create engaging, user-friendly interfaces and layouts using Figma as your primary design tool.
- Utilize Photoshop for photo editing, and retouching.
- Craft visual stories that effectively communicate with the target audiences.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and emerging trends.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on digital platforms.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop for photo editing, retouching, and working with stock images.
- Proficiency in Figma is required, as we use it extensively for design creation.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and current design trends.

Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Amazon marketing and design standards (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Can explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Has strong self-management skills and a collaborative mindset.
