Senior UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web-based applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders and adjust designs based on feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and guide the implementation phase.
- Troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Maintain style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce compelling marketing materials and product presentations.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Demonstrated proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
- Exceptional team collaboration abilities and strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and within a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
- Academic background in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
