## The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. You'll work independently on high-impact projects while reporting directly to our Creative Lead. This role offers tremendous growth opportunities in a dynamic, innovative environment.

- Mobile-first design for both native iOS/Android applications and responsive web experiences
- B2B and B2C digital experiences across various industries
- AI-powered solutions and innovative user interfaces
- Complex user flows and interaction design

## What You'll Do

- Lead UX design projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision
- Create exceptional mobile experiences for both native apps and responsive web
- Design for diverse client needs spanning B2B and B2C markets
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across projects

## Required Qualifications

**Essential Skills:**

- 5+ years of UX design experience with significant mobile expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles
- Solid CSS knowledge for effective developer collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

**Experience Requirements:**

- Portfolio demonstrating both B2B and B2C mobile design work
- Experience with native iOS/Android app design
- Strong background in responsive web design for mobile
- Track record of successful project delivery

**Bonus Points:**

- Framer experience
- Experience with AI-powered applications
- Background working with US-based clients
- Design system creation and maintenance experience

## Portfolio Requirements
