Job Brief

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) with 5–8 years of experience to lead the design of a data quality platform. This role involves translating complex backend logic into intuitive, build-ready interfaces. You’ll work directly with founders to deliver clear, user-centric workflows for enterprise users.

Responsibilities:
Design user flows and wireframes that simplify rule definition and platform use.
Create and maintain high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review.
Implement design using the shadcn/ui system (Tailwind + Radix) to support efficient development.
Design charts, indicators, and tables for effective data presentation.
Develop all UX states including loading, error, empty, and success.
Collaborate closely with full-stack developers to ensure handoff accuracy and edge case coverage.
Produce product demo visuals, walkthroughs, and presentations.

Requirements:
5–8 years in product design, including B2B SaaS or enterprise tools.
Strong portfolio with examples of dashboards, config screens, and data interfaces.
Advanced Figma proficiency (Auto Layout, Components, Variables).
Experience designing with system components like shadcn/ui.
Skills in data visualisation and handling dense interfaces.
Ability to own UX workflows from concept to prototype.

shadcn/ui (Tailwind, Radix)

Desirable:
Skills in icon/illustration and basic marketing asset design.
Experience in web UX/UI for product sites.
Experience creating pitch decks and one-pagers for executives.
Visual branding capability (logo, colours, typography).
Personal Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and structure.
Clear communicator with asynchronous tools.
Collaborative, responsive to feedback, and comfortable in agile teams.

Education:
No formal education requirement specified. Relevant qualifications in UX/UI or design disciplines are advantageous.
