Role Summary:
PTOE Global Solutions is looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design of user-friendly, scalable, and practical digital products for client applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and community apps.
This role is responsible for turning business ideas, user needs, and product requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and developer-ready interfaces.
The ideal candidate is a senior product thinker, not only a visual designer. They should be able to understand business goals, challenge unclear requirements, simplify complex workflows, improve user experience, and guide products from early concept through development and launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Experience Leadership:
Lead the UX/UI design process for client and internal product initiatives.
Translate business objectives into clear product experiences, user journeys, workflows, and screens.
Help define how users will interact with applications before development begins.
Identify gaps, risks, friction points, and usability issues early in the product lifecycle.
UX Strategy & Workflow Design:
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and product interaction models.
Simplify complex business processes into practical digital workflows.
Design onboarding flows, account setup, profile management, dashboards, community features, subscription flows, content flows, and admin workflows.
Work with stakeholders to clarify vague requirements and turn ideas into structured product designs.
Recommend improvements to existing systems based on usability, user behaviour, and business goals.
UI Design & Design Systems:
Create high-quality, responsive UI designs for web, tablet, and mobile.
Develop and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries, style guides, and interface standards.
Ensure consistency across screens, platforms, and brands.
Design clear layouts, forms, navigation systems, dashboards, buttons, cards, modals, notifications, and interaction states.
Ensure designs are clean, professional, accessible, and easy for developers to implement.
Developer Handoff & Design QA:
Prepare developer-ready files with proper components, spacing, states, responsive rules, and design notes.
Work closely with full stack developers, mobile developers, QA, and product owners.
Review implemented screens and provide design QA feedback before release.
Help developers understand user flows, design intent, and interaction behaviour.
Reduce development of rework by ensuring designs are complete, structured, and practical.
Product Discovery & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Lead product discovery conversations with internal teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
Ask the right questions to uncover user needs, business constraints, and technical considerations.
Facilitate design reviews and present design decisions clearly.
Balance user needs, business priorities, technical effort, and delivery timelines.
Support Product Owners in shaping product roadmaps, MVPs, and feature priorities.
Competencies and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or related field and Certifications in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Design Thinking preferred or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
10+ years of UX/UI, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong portfolio showing web apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards, mobile apps, or complex product workflows.
Strong ability to create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
Experience designing complex applications, not only websites or marketing pages.
Strong understanding of UX strategy, interaction design, accessibility, usability, and responsive design.
Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Experience working directly with developers and product owners.
Ability to challenge unclear requirements and recommend better product approaches.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Laravel, Vue, React, Flutter, or developer handoff for similar environments.
Product discovery workshops.
Conversion-focused landing pages and onboarding flows.
Experience designing for multiple brands or client industries.
