Senior Trader (Performance-Based Evaluation – Remote)

We’re looking for a highly skilled and disciplined Senior Trader to join our growing team. This role starts with a 10-day trading evaluation using a simulated $100,000 MT5 account. Successful candidates will transition into a paid position at $1,000/month, with opportunities for scaling capital and long-term growth.

This is a remote contract role, ideal for traders with a proven edge, strong risk management, and a desire to scale into a performance-based trading model.

What You’ll Do:
• Trade a $100,000 demo account on MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
• Meet a +6% profit target within a 10-day challenge
• Adhere to strict rules: 3% max daily loss, 6% max total drawdown
• Trade Forex, indices, crypto, or commodities based on your proven strategy
• Provide trade rationale or feedback if requested
