Main Responsibilities
- Attend client discovery, onboarding, and implementation calls
- Gather technical requirements and ask clarifying questions
- Design and build client workflows and automations
- Configure and manage GHL environments
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implementation challenges
- Document systems and create SOPs
- Assist with CRM setup and optimization
- Support client onboarding and deployment activities
- Collaborate with Austin on implementation strategy and execution
- Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI APIs, Voice AI, and AI workflow tools
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, pipelines, and automation
- Ability to join client-facing meetings and gather technical requirements
- Ability to independently scope, build, test, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong project management and documentation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables
- Experience building client-facing automation and operational systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice-To-Have Skills
- Experience implementing AI voice agents and conversational AI systems
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- Experience with lead generation, marketing automation, and sales funnels
- Experience working inside AI agencies, automation agencies, or consulting firms
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing attribution
- Experience building SOPs and internal documentation
- Basic front-end web development experience
- Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously
