Senior Technical Designer – Architecture | Remote (Revit / BIM)

WeCraft Group is a boutique, multi-disciplinary design house working across architecture, interior design, product and furniture design, project management and innovation consulting, headquartered in Singapore. Our work spans high-end residential, hospitality, yacht interiors, lifestyle retail, restaurant and bar design, and bespoke product design.

THE ROLE — Senior Technical Designer (Architecture), Remote (Philippines)
We are building an offshore technical-design bench: the production engine that turns design intent into precise, construction-ready documentation. You will model and detail in Revit, assemble coordinated drawing packages, and turn the Singapore studio's design into buildable and fabricable sets. This is a senior role (9+ years), able to set standards and lead the stream. Full-time, remote, with core hours overlapping the Singapore studio (GMT+8).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce and maintain accurate Revit BIM models and architectural drawing sets to WeCraft's standards.
- Assemble coordinated DD, CD and For Construction / For Fabrication sets from the Singapore team's design intent and redlines.
- Develop technical and bespoke detailing under the direction of the Singapore project lead.
- Maintain BIM, drawing and file-management standards.
- Support consultant coordination (MEP, C&S) within the model.
- Maintain a reliable coordination cadence with the Singapore studio (daily / weekly check-ins, handovers, trackers).
- Set and uphold documentation standards for the offshore architecture stream and guide more junior designers as the bench grows.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field.
- 9+ years of architectural documentation / production experience, including work for international firms.
- Strong, demonstrable command of Revit and assembling construction documentation; detailing across DD/CD/FC sets.
- Good written and spoken English and proactive remote-communication discipline.
- Reliable home-office setup and internet; able to work agreed core hours overlapping the Singapore studio.

SOFTWARE
Expert in Revit, with AutoCAD, Rhino and/or SketchUp, Enscape / V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. ArchiCAD exposure welcome.

COMPENSATION
PHP 80,000 – 100,000 per month, engaged via a compliant contractor or employer-of-record agreement, commensurate with experience and portfolio.
