Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture: Design and build a scalable web application from scratch, handling all high-level technical decisions, database schemas, and framework selections.

Core Modules: Implement robust user authentication, secure profile management, an intuitive dashboard for end-users to interact with tasks, and a centralized administrative control panel for data management.

Automation & Data Integrity: Program smart validation rules and quality control mechanisms to automatically review, flag, and filter out low-quality data or fraudulent user activity.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify architectural or database bottlenecks, and implement proactive technical solutions to ensure seamless scalability under heavy traffic.

Technical Ownership: Operate with absolute autonomy, managing the product lifecycle end-to-end and providing structured technical direction without requiring daily managerial supervision.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in full-stack web application development and scalable software architecture.

Prior experience developing marketplace-style portals, crowdsourcing applications, or high-volume data processing systems.

Strong UI/UX sensibilities focused on optimizing complex user journeys and reducing interface friction.

Proven track record of serving as a Tech Lead or autonomous Lead Engineer in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and technical problem-solving skills.
