About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to help expand and scale our custom enterprise ERP platform.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with modern vibe coding workflows. You will play a critical role in building new ERP modules, improving system architecture, optimizing data structures, and helping evolve a production-level enterprise platform.

We are specifically seeking candidates with real-world experience building scalable systems — not beginner-level experimentation with AI coding tools. The ideal candidate understands how to leverage modern vibe coding workflows to increase development speed, improve technical execution, and maintain strong architectural standards.

Role Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer – ERP (AI-Assisted), you will help design, build, and scale enterprise-grade ERP functionality across multiple business operations.

You will work closely with leadership and technical stakeholders to develop scalable modules, optimize workflows, improve backend systems, and contribute to the long-term architecture of the platform.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong systems thinking, and hands-on experience with modern vibe coding environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and expand custom ERP modules
* Build scalable backend and full-stack functionality for enterprise operations
* Improve application architecture, performance, and maintainability
* Architect and optimize database structures and data relationships
* Develop clean, efficient, production-ready code
* Utilize modern vibe coding workflows to improve engineering efficiency and execution speed
* Evaluate and implement current AI-powered development tools and coding ecosystems
* Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
* Strong experience building enterprise-level systems or ERP platforms
* Deep understanding of scalable software architecture and backend systems
* Strong experience with database design and data architecture
* Experience developing production-grade applications
* Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience
* Proven professional experience using vibe coding workflows in real development environments
* Strong familiarity with modern AI-powered development tools and ecosystems
* Ability to independently own technical projects and system decisions
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

* Experience working on custom ERP systems
* Familiarity with modern vibe coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms
