About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to lead day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our multi-tenant ServiceNow platform supporting multiple client environments.
This is a senior-level, hands-on technical role. You will be the escalation point for complex issues, mentor junior admins, and help drive platform improvements across ITSM processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Platform Administration and Maintenance
Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
Monitor system health, logs, and performance
Perform upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
Manage update sets and migrations between development, test, and production
Configuration and Customization
Configure ITSM modules: I
Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, notifications, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
Customize forms, lists, dashboards, and reports
Maintain Service Portal and Employee Center configurations
ITSM Process Support
Support onboarding and offboarding automation
Configure CAB workbench and change management processes
Troubleshoot workflow failures and approval routing issues
Maintain CMDB health and support Discovery where applicable
User Support and Training
Provide Tier 2/3 support for ServiceNow-related issues
Create and maintain knowledge articles and documentation
Train end users and junior admins on best practices
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
ServiceNow CIS – ITSM required
Deep knowledge of ITSM processes (I
Advanced experience with business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
Extensive experience with Service Catalog and workflow configuration
Strong understanding of databases, data management, and reporting
ITIL Foundation certification required (higher level preferred)
Proven ability to mentor junior tea
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work with US Eastern Time zone overlap
Preferred Qualifications
Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-CSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-SecOps)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with multi-tenant or domain-separated environments
MSP or managed services experience
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
Knowledge of Performance Analytics and dashboards
Experience with Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer
Experience leading platform upgrades and major releases
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
