We're looking for a highly resourceful Contract SaaS Engineer to support a growing SaaS platform built in Replit.
This is not primarily a feature building role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving real world production issues while also helping improve platform stability, scalability, and reliability as we grow.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot login, authentication, membership, and account access issues
• Investigate deployment, routing, domain, DNS, SSL, and infrastructure-related problems
• Monitor and resolve platform stability concerns
• Debug frontend and backend issues in production environments
• Support rapid-response bug fixes and i
• Investigate API, database, and user access issues
• Audit existing systems and identify opportunities for improved stability and scale
• Work within an existing codebase and collaborate with our current development resources
• Document findings and communicate technical issues clearly
Ideal Experience
• SaaS platform support and development
• Production troubleshooting and i
• Authentication and user access systems
• Domain, DNS, SSL, and deployment management
• API integrations and debugging
• Database troubleshooting
• React / Next.js experience preferred
• Replit experience strongly preferred
• Experience working inside startup environments
• Experience supporting platforms during launches and growth periods

Availability
We're primarily seeking on-call coverage during approximately 12 PM–8 PM Central Time. This is not necessarily active work for the entire window, but availability to respond when platform issues arise.
Expected Hours
Typically 10–20 hours per week depending on platform activity, launches, and support needs.
