Senior SEO Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)

We are a remote staffing firm specializing in connecting marketing agencies and small businesses with top-tier remote talent. If we match you with one of our clients, we take care of HR, payroll, and ongoing support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional work. While we handle the administrative aspects, you will collaborate directly with our client, reporting to them and contributing to their team by providing services for their business and/or their clients.

Job Summary
The Senior SEO Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing SEO strategies for multiple clients. Reporting to the Founder & Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO audits, and content strategy planning. You will collaborate occasionally with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers but must be highly self-motivated and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects independently. This is a part-time (20+ hours per week) remote position with flexible hours, though availability between 9 AM - 5 PM EST for scheduled meetings is required.

Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and keyword mapping to inform content strategies.
Develop and execute content plans, including creating detailed content briefs for writers.
Optimize website content to improve organic rankings and search visibility.
Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs.
Utilize Screaming Frog to analyze website structures and identify SEO issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to refine strategies.
Collaborate occasionally with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.
Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or similar setting.
Proven expertise in keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO audits.
Proficiency in Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native fluency required).
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Experience working with US clients
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience managing SEO for multiple clients simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and automation.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX principles.
