Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to serve as our internal recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to hiring the best talent for our growing company. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Dominion by ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Vetting and Selection: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Hiring Process Management: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Offer Management: Negotiate offers and ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Internal Recruiter, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
