Senior Recruiter - Full-time Remote

Falador is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategy and help build a world-class team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions to support the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent globally.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and job requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitor activities.

What You'll Need:

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or remote environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
