We are expanding our remote recruiting team in the Philippines and are looking for experienced recruiters who can confidently engage candidates, represent client opportunities, and move qualified talent through the submission process.
> About the Role
The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in converting sourced candidates into qualified submissions for client roles.
Our sourcing team will identify and provide candidate leads. Your role is to take those candidates through the recruiting process: join scheduled video calls, sell the opportunity, explain the client and position, assess fit, screen for qualifications, gather required details, and prepare candidates for submission.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who is highly polished, persuasive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with U.S.-based clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Because this role requires candidate conversations for U.S.-based opportunities, excellent English communication skills are required, including clear spoken English, strong listening skills, and professional written communication.
> What You’ll Do
- Meet with candidates sourced by the internal sourcing team
- Sell candidates on the role, client, opportunity, compensation, and career fit
- Conduct detailed candidate screening calls
- Evaluate candidates against client job requirements
- Gather required submission details, including availability, work authorization, compensation expectations, location, experience, and resume updates
- Confirm candidate interest, professionalism, and readiness before submission
- Prepare accurate candidate summaries for internal review and client submission
- Coordinate follow-up conversations, interview availability, and candidate updates
- Maintain clean and timely notes in the ATS or recruiting system
- Partner with account managers, sourcing teams, and delivery leaders to prioritize urgent roles
- Help ensure a strong candidate experience from first conversation through submission
- Support recruiting across technology, healthcare, finance, and professional services roles
> What We’re Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of prior US recruiting experience required
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
- Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly with candidates
- Experience screening candidates against job requirements
- Ability to explain job opportunities clearly and persuasively
- Strong attention to detail when gathering candidate information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing or recruiting environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, candidates, and priorities at once
> Preferred qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for technology, healthcare, finance, or professional services roles
- Prior experience working with U.S. staffing companies or offshore recruiting teams
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn ATS platform
- Experience preparing candidate summaries or submittal notes
- Understanding of U.S. employment terms, pay rates, contract roles, and candidate qualification standards

This is a remote role based in the Philippines, but the work schedule must align with U.S. business hours. Candidates must be comfortable working nights in the Philippines to support U.S.-based recruiting activity.
