Hiring: Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in property maintenance in London, UK

TMT Central is a fast-growing property maintenance company based in London, delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients (Handyman, plumbing, electrical, refurbishment projects). We’re currently looking for a skilled and experienced project manager to join our remote team and support day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

We are in search of an organised, proactive, and very experienced in repairs & maintenance who can confidently handle customer interactions and has a solid understanding of the property maintenance and renovation industry.

Must-Have Requirements:
2 to 3 years of work experience handling customer calls (must be for UK/US-based clients in the property maintenance sector).
Strong knowledge and experience in property maintenance tasks and job types for handyman, plumbing, electrical, and refurbishment projects.
Educational background or work experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Property Maintenance.
Remote work experience outside the Philippines is a must, so you can manage multi-trade team remotely.
Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.
Very confident in handling calls with clients and teammates.
Ability to multitask, stay organised, tech-savy, and take initiative when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding maintenance requests and job updates.
Schedule jobs and coordinate with field technicians and contractors.
Input data into job management systems and update client information.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in generating reports and maintaining digital records.
