### About Us

We are on a mission to simplify the purchasing and management of supplies for real-estate properties. Our platform is transforming how property owners and managers procure essential items—making the process more efficient, transparent, and cost-effective. Join us in building software that meaningfully improves day-to-day property operations.

### Role Description

As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key areas of our platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, business, and users—translating real-world operational needs into clear product requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, user-focused, and comfortable working closely with our clients and our engineering team in a remote environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- Define and own product requirements for core platform features related to purchasing, orders, vendors, and property workflows.

- Gather and synthesize input from customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership to inform product decisions.

- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Manage the product backlog and prioritize work based on impact, effort, and business goals.

- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Support product launches by coordinating documentation, internal communication, and rollout plans.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

### Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design and product discovery practices.

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as part of a fully remote team.

### Nice to Have

- Experience with e-commerce, procurement, or marketplace platforms.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, or similar product management systems.

- Experience working with distributed or fully remote engineering teams.

### How to Apply

If you are a product manager who enjoys building practical, high-impact software and collaborating with strong engineering teams, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in joining our team.
