Senior PPC & Acquisition Manager – Full-Time Remote
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PPC & Acquisition Manager who can own the entire customer acquisition process—from paid advertising and tracking to CRM automations, lead generation systems, reporting, and performance management.
This is not a traditional PPC role. We are looking for someone who understands how paid media, tracking, lead generation, CRM automation, and operational execution work together to drive growth.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Improve lead quality, CPL, CPA, and overall campaign performance
- Build, manage, and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution systems
- Develop and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and CRM pipelines
- Create lead nurturing sequences and follow-up automations
- Manage lead generation systems using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and similar tools
- Track marketing performance and build actionable reporting dashboards
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and scalable acquisition processes
- Manage team performance, KPIs, and accountability systems
- Work directly with leadership to improve acquisition and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of PPC and digital marketing experience
- Expert-level Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
- Strong GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution expertise
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Experience building CRM automations and lead management systems
- Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools
- Experience creating SOPs and operational workflows
- Experience managing teams and KPI performance tracking
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
