JOB OVERVIEW

We are a web hosting company providing Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers. We are seeking a full-time Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational flow of the business and serve as the final escalation point for support, billing, and sales-related matters.

This is a senior, hands-on role that combines technical expertise, operational oversight, and customer facing decision-making. You will work closely with the support team and other internal staff, to ensure issues are handled correctly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational stability.

SALARY: $1400 USD/Monthly (~ PHP 81,981.90)
SHIFT: This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Exact shift to be discussed/determined.

Role Overview:

As Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across all customer-facing departments. You will act as the last line of escalation for complex or sensitive issues, help guide the support team when needed, and step in directly when situations require senior-level judgment.

Candidates must already have hands-on experience handling billing, sales, and account-related tasks within WHMCS. Training will be provided for company-specific workflows and internal procedures, but strong technical knowledge of web hosting environments is required.

The ideal candidate has great familiarity with the below:

- Comfortable handling high-pressure escalations and resolving sensitive customer situations with sound judgment (Able to professionally manage escalated or upset customers, de-escalate situations, and resolve issues calmly and effectively)
- Able to take ownership of difficult customer situations and bring them to resolution
- Able to type quickly, and multi-task efficiently
- WHMCS Ticketing System
- KVM Virtualization
- cPanel/WHM Servers
- Linux Servers
- Understand and know how to use Supermicro IPMI and Dell iDRAC / similar
- Familiar with Hardware RAID environments (i.e. MegaRAID)
- Familiarity with the SSH command line in CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian environments
- Communicating with internal teams/people necessary to ensure the end result of customer satisfaction
- Willingness to jump in if and as needed (for example if a ticket isn't being properly handled by a support tech)
- Comfortable with both written and spoken English skills (occasional phone calls with customers)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling escalated support, billing, and sales tickets; overseeing and supporting the support team; coordinating with internal tea ---------- mbers via Slack; maintaining server health; and working directly with cPanel/WHM servers and KVM-based VPS infrastructure as needed.

Other candidate requirements:

- Solid/reliable Internet connection
- Able to multi-task
- Great customer service skills, able to write proficient English
- At least 2+ years of experience in the web hosting industry
