Senior Odoo Expert / Full-Stack Odoo Implementer & Process Enforcer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Expert who knows every major Odoo module inside and out — someone who requires zero training, can immediately take ownership of our entire Odoo environment, and ensure our company runs with perfect structure, organization, and efficiency.

This role requires a true Odoo powerhouse:
? Master-level knowledge of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, HR, Email Marketing, Studio, Automations, Website, etc.)
? Can customize, automate, and optimize workflows across all departments
? Strong coding ability (Python, XML, Odoo Studio, custom module development)
? Ability to implement processes and enforce proper system usage across the entire team
? Able to train employees, monitor adoption, and maintain operational discipline
? Experience connecting Odoo to marketing tools, automating campaigns, and managing analytics
? Ability to manage accounting setup, chart of accounts, reconciliation, and reporting inside Odoo
? Can act as the single point of truth for all system decisions and improvements

You will be the Odoo Process Enforcer, ensuring:
– Every department uses Odoo properly
– All workflows follow best practices
– Data stays clean
– The system is always optimized and improving
– No one bypasses processes or breaks structure
– The company runs like a well-oiled machine
