Senior Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer/Video Editor to join our
remote team. As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer/Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating
visually stunning motion graphics and engaging video content. Your creativity and expertise will play a
crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and delivering high-quality video projects, including shorts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various video
projects
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard ideas for videos
- Edit and enhance video content, ensuring smooth transitions, visual appeal, and effective storytelling
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create high-quality motion graphics and video editing
- Create and incorporate custom 2D and 3D graphics, typography, and visual elements into videos
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to project guidelines and timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in motion graphics and video editing
- Provide creative input and suggestions to improve video content and overall production quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual experience

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, preferably in a senior or lead
role
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating captivating motion graphics and video editing
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and
Photoshop
- Solid understanding of animation principles, composition, and visual storytelling
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and graphic design principles
- Experience creating and editing videos for different platforms, including social media, websites, and
presentations
- Proficiency in handling audio editing and sound design for video projects
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating shorts or other narrative-driven video content
- Familiarity with 3D software, such as Cinema 4D or Maya
- Knowledge of video optimization techniques for different platforms and formats
- Experience with color correction and grading
