We’re looking for a high-performing System Administrator to own and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and AWS environments, and lead escalations, security policy design, and cloud infrastructure for our growing client base.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, SharePoint)
Design and manage Conditional Access, compliance, and security policies
Deploy and manage endpoints using Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD Join
Support and improve Azure and AWS infrastructure (VMs, networking, S3/EC2/IAM)
Troubleshoot complex technical issues (Level 3) and support internal helpdesk
Create SOPs, improve documentation, and support automation projects
Assist in M365 Copilot implementation and Microsoft ecosystem adoption

Qualifications
------------------------------------------
3+ years in a senior IT support, sysadmin, or MSP role
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure
AWS experience a major plus (IAM, EC2, S3, Workspaces, etc.)
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and remote troubleshooting
Clear and confident English communication
Microsoft or AWS certifications a big advantage (MD-102, AZ-104, AWS SAA, etc.)
